What is the Connecticut-Asia Cultural Center?

The Connecticut-Asia Cultural Center is engaged in the exchange and education of Asian Cultures. We have many exhibition halls. There are exhibition halls for Buddhist Culture, Confucian Culture, Taoist Culture, Asian Arts and History of the Stone Castle.

In response to the needs of this era, this center is committed to promote the exchange of cultures to enhance mutual understanding and trust.

What is the history of the Connecticut-Asia Cultural Center, and how long has it been operating in the community?

The Connecticut-Asia Cultural Center was established in 2018. At that time, we began renovating the 18th century home of Michael Pupin on Westside Rd. in Norfolk, to house the cultural exhibits. We officially opened to the public in August of 2022.

What are the opening hours and days to visit?

Our visiting hours are Saturdays and Sundays, from 10:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. EST, on the first weekend of every month, from April 1 to November 5.

How much does it cost to visit the Connecticut-Asia Cultural Center?

The admission is always free.

Are there guided tours?

A tour guide is generally available (based upon demand) to provide a deeper understanding of the exhibits should you need one.
